The Field Marketing Specialist (FMS) supports the planning and execution of Red Bull's field marketing initiatives, transforming a global brand into a local reality, under the supervision of the Field Marketing Manager (FMM). Among its main responsibilities, the FMS will directly manage a team of Student Marketeers (SMs), guiding them in their activities of sampling and distribution on university campuses and during key occasions, in order to expand our consumer base and encourage product trial. The FMS will contribute to the implementation of Red Bull events, ensuring that each activation offers a memorable experience aligned with the brand image. The FMS will develop strategic local partnerships, promoting the visibility and relevance of Red Bull in targeted communities. In summary, the FMS plays an essential role in increasing the awareness and consumption of Red Bull, creating authentic connections with consumers through unique field experiences.
