The Field Marketing Specialist (FMS) supports the Field Marketing Manager (FMM) to make Red Bull the number one brand in its region. This is done by locally embodying the Red Bull image in the most relevant way and in accordance with global and national strategies and priorities. They gather key local information by building a strong network with relevant communities, including key opinion leaders (also regional Creators). They are responsible for executing innovative marketing initiatives that respond to local needs and specifics within the four pillars of the Marketing Mix (Consumer Collecting, Sports, Culture and Communications) and by collaborating closely with On Premise and Off Premise. The Field Marketing Specialist (FMS) is constantly on the ground to drive things forward and stay "connected".
Regular travel to Paris from key cities in the Grand Est sector (Nancy and Strasbourg) is expected.
Execute Red Bull's marketing mix in its sector
Execute innovative activation plans around our national assets/projects
Propose and execute tailored regional marketing initiatives for its sector
Build and execute strategic partnerships with 3rd Party Sports/Culture
Build and animate an influential network of opinion leaders in its sector (including Creator Marketing & local media)
Monitor marketing activity (planning & reporting) through the RBU platform
Execute the Consumer Collecting program in its sector
Define the strategy for Red Bull Energy Drink sampling to generate product trial among potential new consumers in its sector: volume & occasions
Recruit, train and animate a team of Student Marketeers in its sector ensuring the perfect execution of the program's operating rules: HR, Legal, Logistics
Build local indirect sampling partnerships
Define and pilot the right coverage of the student world: #universities, #students, #cans seeded
Monitor Consumer Collecting activity (planning & reporting) through the RBU platform
Collaborate with On & Off Premise to ensure maximum product availability in the student universe in its sector
Innovation Marketing
Work closely with the Field Marketing Manager to propose, develop and execute new ideas that are relevant locally, in different aspects: Events, Athlete/Artist/Dancer/Creator Projects, Media Initiatives
Stimulate and regularly solicit Student Marketeers to propose new ideas that seem relevant to the student world
Bachelor's degree in commercial, marketing and/or event management.
Experience in field operational marketing is appreciated (experience as a Student Marketeer would be a plus)
First experience in managing event/marketing projects
Ability to lead a team
Perfect knowledge of its sector: its high points, its actors, its customs
Ability to take initiatives, responsible and autonomous
Ability to animate and lead a team of student ambassadors
Organization and adaptation skills
Ability to anticipate and be agile to respond positively to unforeseen field issues
Versatility, dynamism and positivity
Open-minded, communication skills
Thorough mastery of the office pack (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Written and spoken English.
Driving license B required
