(Junior) Field Marketing Manager Nord

The field marketing at Red Bull aims to connect the brand directly with consumers through personal and authentic experiences. It includes organizing local events to further increase brand awareness in the region and promote sales.

The (Junior) Field Marketing Manager supports the Senior Field Marketing Manager in establishing a regional face of the brand in a way that is relevant to the consumer, aligned with the global and national strategy and its priorities.

Student Marketeer Program: You are responsible for the student marketeer program in the northern region, specifically in the Hanover metropolitan area. You will design, manage, and control all marketing activities on campus. Your focus is on visibility and brand awareness on campus. You set clear regional goals and communicate them to the student marketeer team. You also ensure that all sampling measures are implemented qualitatively to increase trial in your region. You support the senior field marketing manager and the national field and student marketing managers in their daily work.

Field Marketing: You are responsible for the strategic development and management of relevant playgrounds in your region. You work with attention to detail and the qualitative implementation of third-party events, activations, and Red Bull projects in the relevant target groups is a matter of course for you. With your hands-on mentality, you proactively tackle things and ensure that every consumer experience with the brand is positive. Adequate reporting and regular analysis of projects form the basis for you to make projects even better in the future. The right selection of tools and the creation of new integration forms, taking into account the respective timings, are a priority for you to be able to present the brand in the best possible way. You move within your budget limits and identify cost-saving opportunities for your region. You ensure the smooth operation with existing tools, such as our fleet and warehouses, as well as with other operational processes through conscientious structure and efficient coordination. You utilize relevant and profitable cooperation with other brands, communities, and networks to achieve positive synergy effects and act efficiently. You proactively support cross-departmental work and create synergies with all relevant counterparts.

Regional Business Plan: You support the senior field marketing manager in the annual business plan for the northern region and use the cross-departmental cooperation to bring together all relevant goals for the coming year. You convince with first-class consumer and market knowledge to create, implement, and control local field marketing ideas on this basis. In addition, you continuously create an environment in which great ideas arise and have the digital and social media components in mind. Your motivation is creative ideas and their implementation in the marketing mix, focusing on various consumption occasions such as sports, fitness, and work. These ideas arise during the business plan phase, but you also recognize current opportunities and seize them to realize a great project or a smart idea.

Personal Responsibility: You define the annual goals for each student marketeer and continuously review them. Selecting and training the right student marketeers is fun for you and has the highest priority for you. You ensure through continuous coaching that the student marketeer team are true representatives and communicators of the brand. A transparent exchange and constructive feedback with the teams are important to you to optimally anchor the brand and promote everyone. You act as a role model and live the Red Bull values – always motivating and inspiring others.

Qualifications: You have a completed university degree. You are fluent in German and English in speech and writing. You ideally have experience as a student marketeer and know the student marketeer program. You live the Red Bull brand, identify with the content, and consume our products. You have initial professional experience and/or diverse practical experience in marketing. Your interests are in the topics of fitness, sports, and lifestyle. An enthusiasm in the area of gaming is advantageous. First-hand experience in personnel would be desirable. Strategic thinking is important to you, but you also enjoy getting your hands dirty and implementing things outdoors. You are a "connector" with excellent communication and networking skills, who can open doors and inspire people with your ideas. You have strong planning, budgeting, and project management skills as well as analytical abilities. You are a "digital native" who builds on this know-how and strengthens the team in this area and has a close connection to the young target group (GenZ). You can handle several tasks at the same time and enjoy working in cross-functional teams with different goals and personalities. You know your region and always know what is going on.
