Gaming Marketing Manager shapes the strategy and plan of actions responding to the company's strategic needs in the gaming area based on the company's global policy. They play a leading role in gaming projects and activations, as a leader of projects. They actively monitor changes in the gaming industry ecosystem and share knowledge with the marketing team to find synergy with other marketing activities for the Red Bull brand.

Gaming Responsibilities

  • Analysis of data, marketing metrics, as well as constant gathering and updating of knowledge in the gaming field. Co-creation of marketing strategies in the gaming area, tailored to the local market specifics.
  • Creating and improving the program of Red Bull's presence in the gaming world – creating unique event concepts, projects, and activations (both offline and digital), and acquiring players, influencers, and content creators from the gaming area to the local portfolio of players and other forms of cooperation.
  • Comprehensive and independent management of projects in the gaming area.
  • Actively establishing partnerships and coordinating Red Bull's presence in supported events (3rd party) and online events in the gaming and esports area.
  • Caring for the visibility of the Red Bull brand and product in selected gaming events and digital channels, as well as understanding the functionality of the Red Bull product.
  • Supporting pro-sales activities with selected partners in the gaming area in agreement with other Red Bull departments.
  • Gathering data and analyzing the results of activities. Creating summaries and analyzing the effectiveness of activities in the gaming/esports area.
  • Building and strengthening an appropriate network of contacts within the Red Bull structure (all marketing and sales departments) and outside its boundaries (employees of the international Sport department, external experts, etc.), which will ensure high flexibility in the use of gaming activities.
  • Supporting communication activities in the gaming area and supporting the creation of content and activities in Red Bull's digital channels with gaming-related topics.

Qualifications

  • Very good understanding and knowledge of the gaming environment with special emphasis on esports in the country and beyond its borders.
  • Analytical approach to prevailing trends and the ability to create recommendations based on available sources and materials.
  • Communicative, open to people, creative, able to cope in stressful situations, honest, genuine, receptive to new information.
  • Well-versed in representatives of the development and distribution environment related to the electronic entertainment market.
  • Experience in conducting activation and event projects in the gaming and esports area.
  • Fluent English.
  • Knowledge of social media and running marketing campaigns in the digital area.
