The On Premise Trade Marketing Specialist (OPTMS) is responsible for implementing field-driven marketing strategies that grow Red Bull consumption and strengthen our position with On Premise industry partners (owners and staff). The OPTMS empowers the On Premise team with innovative and existing marketing tools, ensuring increased availability, visibility, and activation of Red Bull at the point of sale.
This national role is a central support function within the On Premise business, working closely with the On Premise Marketing Manager (OPMM). The OPTMS develops, executes, and maintains Red Bull's brand image across the channel, creating communication tools and initiatives that enable seamless and timely execution of Red Bull programs at internal, trade, and shopper levels.
The role requires continuous collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to maximize the impact of national initiatives aimed at building brand identity and driving consumption. Additionally, the OPTMS supports data interpretation, monitors key performance indicators (KPIs), and provides insights to multiple levels of management to ensure optimal implementation of the On Premise Marketing strategy. This is achieved through the effective creation and deployment of POS materials, artworks, digital and physical assets, and tailored trade marketing projects.

2+ years of marketing experience; sales experience is an advantage.
Experience within the On Premise environment is strongly preferred.
