In the role of On Premise Trade Marketing Specialist at Red Bull, you are a key player in how we profile ourselves to the end customer. You work to strengthen Red Bull's brand image and visibility in the Swedish on trade environment – bars, nightclubs, restaurants, hotels, festivals, events, and delivery apps.

Your mission will be to take our brand to the next level by creating creative marketing activities and strategies that both increase visibility and strengthen Red Bull's premium feel. You will also ensure that our products are not just seen – but sold! This includes everything from developing pricing strategies to ensuring that Red Bull is always "top of mind" for our customers and consumers.

You will be responsible for driving marketing projects for our largest key customers, developing customized concepts, and training our sales teams in marketing tools that make a difference. In short, you make sure that Red Bull is always present where it matters, in a way that consumers will never forget.

About the Role

PROFILING & POSITIONING TO END CUSTOMER

  • Ensure that Red Bull is always visible and accessible to our end customers – at the right place, at the right time, and at the right price.
  • Build our brand image in the on trade environment with a focus on creating a strong connection between Red Bull and premium quality.
  • Develop pricing strategies that strengthen our partners and at the same time attract consumers.
  • Create and activate marketing campaigns that drive sales and strengthen Red Bull's position as a market leader in the energy drink category.

MARKET INSIGHTS AND NEW OPPORTUNITIES

  • Constantly keep an eye on market trends, competitors, and consumer behavior. What is happening in the industry, and how can we stay ahead?
  • Identify new business opportunities and propose creative solutions to strengthen Red Bull's visibility and sales.
  • Turn insights into concrete activations and campaigns that really make a difference.
  • Develop new ideas for events, campaigns, and tools that strengthen our presence in on trade.

CREATE STRATEGIES THAT DELIVER RESULTS

  • Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop strategies that create a bridge between Red Bull's brand and product consumption.
  • Create customized plans and concepts for our most important key customers, driving both distribution, visibility, and sales.

LEADERSHIP & SUPPORT ACTIVATIONS IN THE FIELD

  • Support our field sales team with insights and tactical tools they need to succeed in their daily work.
  • Collaborate with our field salespeople to ensure that Red Bull is seen, activated, and sold in the best possible way at sales locations.
  • Plan and execute on-site marketing activities – from festivals and events to campaigns with our customers.
  • Ensure that all activities and tools meet Red Bull's high standards and that the brand's values are always in focus.

MANAGE POINT OF SALE MATERIAL

  • Develop and implement effective point of sale tools that help our sales teams achieve their goals.
  • Create annual POS plans linked to different marketing occasions and activate these in the on trade environment.
  • Support our key customers and wholesalers with the right POS material to maximize their sales channels.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably within FMCG.

You have a keen eye for the Swedish on trade industry – from bars to festivals, you know where it happens and why.

Strategic and creative - You can both analyze trends and come up with great ideas that drive the business forward.

Strong communicator - You have sharp presentation skills and can easily get colleagues and customers on board with your visions and strategies.

Self-driven & solution-oriented - You are a "doer" who loves to take initiative and make things happen.

Project management - You are organized and confident in leading projects from start to finish.

Experience with the Office package is required, and knowledge in image editing is a plus.

You thrive in a high-paced environment and can handle multiple projects at the same time.

B-driving license - You need to be able to get to where it happens – whether it's a nightclub or a corporate event.
