Product Communications Manager

Red Bull Sweden is looking for a Product Communications Manager to lead the development and execution of the Nordic Product Expert Program strategy. In this role, you will identify opportunities to strengthen product relevance and trust among both internal and external stakeholders through impactful communication programs and educational tools.

Working closely with sales and marketing, you will help drive key initiatives and remove product-related barriers on the Nordic markets.

Job Description

Overcome barriers to listings and prevent delistings

Create materials and training formats to support both local (Sweden) and regional (Nordics) sales teams, driving product availability and visibility.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies that build product trust with target accounts – such as fitness studios, universities, sports clubs, restaurants, and other outlets where Red Bull is not yet present.

Network management and development

Identify and build strong relationships with third-party opinion leaders within prioritized occasions such as sport and fitness and work. This can be personal trainers, sports coaches, business leaders, entrepreneurs, and company dietitians – ensuring Red Bull is perceived as credible in every context and occasion.

You will drive various projects, alone and in teams that are in line with the focus of the business to increase internal and external product understanding and pride.

Training and communication

You will work on product-related topics with all departments to drive product understanding and relevance internally (internal presentations, support etc.) and externally.

Deliver engaging product education initiatives for employees, student ambassadors, new athletes, and Creators

Planning and reporting

Define the annual Nordic strategy and roadmap for the Product Expert Program.

Share learnings, best practices, and market insights with global Product Communications Managers.

Collaborate with international teams as well as Regulatory & Science on topics requiring specialized expertise.

Qualifications

University degree in Nutrition Science, Sports Science, or a related field

Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Minimum 3 years of experience in a related industry: Food & Beverage, Supplements, Sports/Fitness, Lifestyle, Communications, or Sales/Support

Strong presentation and negotiation skills

Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently, set priorities, and deliver results with high quality

Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn

Relatable and intuitive communicator – able to balance charm with fact-based information

A strong network in the fitness or startup scene in Sweden is a plus
