We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Marketing Director to lead all product marketing initiatives for our workload automation portfolio. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role for a strategic thinker who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves. You will be the expert on our buyers, our products, and the competitive landscape. You will translate this expertise into powerful messaging, compelling content, and successful go-to-market (GTM) strategies that accelerate pipeline and drive revenue growth.
You will be the chief storyteller for workload automation at Redwood Software, responsible for articulating the value proposition to the market and empowering our sales and customer success teams to win.

Experience: 10+ years of B2B product marketing experience, with at least 4 years in a role focused on SaaS solutions. Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of the IT automation space is highly preferred. Experience with workload automation, job scheduling, cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP), or ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) is a significant plus. Forward-Thinking Vision: Knowledgeable about the future of automation, particularly the emerging field of Agentic AI orchestration Proven GTM Success: A demonstrated track record of successfully developing and executing go-to-market strategies for enterprise software products. Exceptional Storyteller: You are a master of words, both written and spoken. You can distill complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and value-based messaging for diverse audiences. A portfolio of writing samples (e.g., blog posts, white papers, launch plans) is required. Strategic & Hands-On: You can build a strategic plan while simultaneously executing the tactical work required to get things done. As an individual contributor, you are comfortable writing the first draft, building the presentation, and analyzing the data yourself. Data-Driven: Ability to use market research, customer data, and performance metrics to make informed decisions and optimize strategy. Cross-Functional Leader: Proven ability to collaborate with and influence cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and engineering, without direct authority. Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
