Our mission-driven and member-focused company is seeking an experienced and self-motivated Senior Product Manager.
Reporting to the Director of Product, the Senior Product Manager plays a critical role in roadmap planning and execution and leading cross-functional projects in order to deliver on the product strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Prioritize and execute on clinical product roadmap, ensuring alignment with clinical evidence requirements, regulatory pathways, and patient outcome objectives
- Lead clinical operational workflow initiatives, supporting clinicians and care teams in optimizing process, EHR workflows, and clinical decision support tools
- Collaborate with clinical teams to translate clinical needs into product requirements that improve patient care and clinical outcomes
- Become an expert at accurately representing the voice of members receiving clinical care, clinicians that deliver that care, and the customers who are asking us to support their members
- Understand the end-to-end member journey through clinical services (not just technology touchpoints)
- Manage the measurable outcome or outcomes associated with clinical care
- Identify and prioritize complex problems that impact multiple product offerings
- Develop solutions that will help Reema scale
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in product management or relevant experience
- Experience working with design, engineering and data engineering teams developing software products
- Capacity to design, build, and implement service products
- Strong communication, collaboration and organization skills
- Ability to prioritize competing problems and balance user needs with business priorities
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional projects and balancing multiple projects at once
- Demonstrated ability to execute user research and requirements gathering
- Experience successfully managing complex projects to meet a measurable outcome
- Experience working in a high growth startup in an agile environment
- Strong relationship builder and cross-functional collaborator
Preferred Skills and Experiences:
- Experience building end-to-end product experiences
- Experience with tech-enabled services
- Experience in healthcare, health tech, or care delivery
- Experience working with providers and electronic health records is a plus
- Experience with clinical data standards and interoperability
- Knowledge of value-based care models and clinical outcome measurement
- Bonus if prior experience with Revenue Cycle Management tools
