Step into a role where creativity meets strategy. As a Retail Store Designer, you'll be instrumental in shaping the brand's physical footprint by developing store environments that are bold, customer-centric and aligned with the brand's identity.

You'll collaborate across teams and lead vendor relationships to bring concepts to life—from initial vision to final execution. With a strong understanding of retail-specific materials and construction details, you'll ensure every space is not only visually compelling but also operationally smart and scalable.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Design Development - Design attractive and functional store layouts, including installation plans and visual merchandising concepts
• Bring the brand to life - Translate brand guidelines into cohesive and impactful physical retail environments.
• Deliver complete design packages - Develop floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings while aligning with business objectives and budget constraints.
• Create with impact - Ensure each design reflects the brand's essence and enhances both customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Blend creativity and technical expertise - Integrate precise solutions in millwork and metal components tailored to retail environments.
• Contribute to innovation - Support special projects with fresh design ideas, especially in store refresh initiatives.

What Sets You Apart:

• Diploma in Interior Design or degree in Architecture or related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in retail store design.
• Proficiency in design tools: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong grasp of layout planning, lighting, materials, and finishes.
• Expertise in millwork and metal detailing specific to retail environments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Knowledge of sustainable design practices.
• Familiarity with building codes and ADA compliance.
• Experience with global retail brands or multi-site rollouts.
