Salary on offer: R25,000 – R28,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and manage strategic social media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter using platforms such as Sprout for scheduling and analytics.
  • Work collaboratively to shape the digital marketing strategy, offering research-backed insights and ideas – not just following directions.
  • Produce engaging and visually polished marketing materials using Photoshop or similar graphic design tools.
  • Design and format digital and print collateral such as leaflets, brochures, and promotional content.
  • Draft, format, and distribute mass communications, including bulk letters and mail-outs.
  • Maintain and update the company's WordPress website – managing content, optimising plugins, and ensuring high performance and usability.
  • Implement and monitor SEO best practices to support organic traffic growth and search visibility.
  • Assist with various marketing initiatives, adapting to the evolving needs of a dynamic marketing team.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in digital marketing or social media management.
  • Proven expertise with Adobe Photoshop or equivalent graphic design tools.
  • Solid hands-on experience running campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
  • Proficiency with social media scheduling tools such as Sprout or similar platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of WordPress, including plugin use, basic updates, and content management.
  • Working understanding of SEO principles and implementation for websites.
  • Experience creating marketing collateral (e.g., brochures, leaflets, mailers).
  • Excellent written communication skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Own laptop/PC and access to a reliable internet connection required.
