We're looking for a Client Success Manager / Account Director to take full ownership of a portfolio of client accounts. This is a senior-level, client-facing role responsible for managing relationships, overseeing execution across multiple marketing channels, and ensuring strong performance and client retention.

You will act as the main point of contact for clients while coordinating with internal teams to deliver high-quality work. This role reports directly to the CEO and requires a high level of ownership and accountability.
