They also offer website development on WordPress and Shopify, graphic design, and reputation management. Additionally, our client specializes in marketing automation, Salesforce and Pardot implementation, and technology consulting.

We're looking for a Director of Revenue Growth & Lead Generation to take ownership of our client's agency's marketing and demand generation strategies, ensuring a steady pipeline of high-quality leads while aligning marketing and sales efforts for maximum impact. As a key leader, you'll oversee CRM management, email automation, cold and inbound lead generation, and B2B buyer journey development to create scalable growth. You'll also be responsible for ensuring our client's marketing initiatives are executed on time and drive measurable results.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead & Execute Growth Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive revenue growth and lead generation strategy that aligns marketing, sales, and client acquisition efforts.
  • CRM & Lead Management: Optimize CRM processes to track, nurture, and convert leads effectively. Includes report and dashboard creation as well as basic administrative changes as needed.
  • Marketing Automation & Buyer Journeys: Design, implement, and refine B2B buyer journeys and automated workflows to improve engagement and conversion rates
  • Email Campaign Development: Write and oversee high-converting email marketing campaigns that nurture and convert leads
  • Cold & Inbound Lead Generation: Develop and execute strategies for both outbound prospecting and inbound marketing to drive a predictable pipeline
  • Sales & Marketing Alignment: Work closely with sales teams to ensure lead handoff, follow-ups, and revenue-driving initiatives are fully optimized
  • Project Execution & Deadline Management: Oversee lead generation and marketing campaigns, ensuring they are executed efficiently and meet business objectives
  • Performance Tracking & Optimization: Monitor key revenue and lead generation metrics, using data to refine strategies and improve ROI through Salesforce reports and dashboards.
