We are hiring a Head of Growth to lead the marketing strategy, funnel optimization, lead generation, and revenue scaling. This role is strategic and operational, with direct responsibility for the performance of campaigns, the quality of leads, the efficiency of funnels, and the alignment with the sales business.
The candidate will be the leader of growth, making data-driven decisions, proposing continuous improvements to existing funnels, supervising teams (media buyer, editors, content), and coordinating closely with the sales team to maximize conversion and maintain a calendar of full agendas.
This position requires autonomy, a mentality of ownership, strategic thinking, and a strong results orientation.
