We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Assistant to support our team with day-to-day tasks. This role provides hands-on support across projects, email, web, and collection launches and marketing initiatives. You'll help keep initiatives organized, assist with execution, contribute to compelling copywriting, and ensure our marketing processes run smoothly. Strong writing skills and attention to detail are essential for success.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide general marketing support: manage project boards, track progress, assist with reporting and post-launch digests.
- Support copywriting: write/edit product descriptions, emails, and web content.
- Assist e-commerce tasks: upload and update product details.
- Support email marketing: schedule campaigns, update flows, and maintain subscriber lists.
- Help with process documentation and SOP updates.
