About the Role:
We're looking for a full-time WordPress Developer/Designer who thrives in a fast-moving environment, takes initiative, and executes with speed and precision. You'll play a key role in building and maintaining client websites, delivering top-quality work with minimal turnaround time.
What You'll Do:
- Build complete WordPress websites from brief to launch.
- Rapidly execute updates, revisions, and fixes.
- Troubleshoot front-end and back-end issues across WordPress, Squarespace, and Wix.
- Implement client feedback quickly and professionally.
- Maintain website performance, design consistency, and SEO-friendly structure.
- Make smart, template-driven design and UI/UX choices when briefs are incomplete.
