CRM & Social Media Marketing Specialist (Logistics Industry)
We are looking for a creative and experienced CRM & Social Media Marketing Specialist with strong knowledge of Zoho CRM, LinkedIn marketing, and the U.S. trucking/logistics industry. The ideal candidate will help grow our client's brand presence, generate leads, and support marketing initiatives for a freight brokerage company.
Schedule: 9AM to 5PM EST (Monday to Friday)
U.S.-based freight brokerage company offering LTL and FTL services across North America.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update Zoho CRM, including leads, contacts, and campaign tracking.
- Plan and execute LinkedIn marketing campaigns targeting shippers and logistics partners.
- Create, edit, and optimize social media content (posts, poster ads, short videos).
- Modify and improve existing graphics as needed.
- Execute email marketing campaigns (newsletters, lead nurturing, outreach).
- Develop creative marketing ideas to increase engagement and lead generation.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials.
- Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements.
