Renew Home is looking for a Staff Product Manager to join the team leading VPP product development efforts across the energy landscape as we seek to grow the largest virtual power plant in North America. This product manager will support the director of product in defining, building and executing against the roadmap. This role will report to the Director of Product, B2B. What You Will Do

• Solving challenges and opportunities across a diverse set of VPP experiences through OEM partners.
• Translating those opportunities into tangible features.
• Drive a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, product marketers, and business development and sales leads to execute against the roadmap balancing impact, scale and both business and end customer experiences.
• Launch and land OEM features that help bring to life the next era of virtual power plants in the US.
• Translate learnings from previously-launched efforts into actionable future projects and opportunities.
