As Lead Product Manager - New Ventures, you will be responsible for launching new ResortPass categories, starting with Spa.
Within a category, you will oversee the end-to-end product across both sides of the ResortPass marketplace. You will enable guests to benefit from unique experiences that help them recharge, and hotels to unlock new revenue streams and optimize their operations.
You will be responsible for deeply understanding user needs, shaping the product strategy, and working with a world-class team of designers, engineers, and marketers to bring highly impactful features to life.

We're looking for someone who is entrepreneurial, passionate, customer-obsessed, and analytically minded. This person will report into the VP of Product and work closely with design and engineering teams to build best-in-class products. You will have significant interaction with our CEO, VP of Engineering, VP of Sales, VP of Marketing and other senior leaders. You should be hungry to drive business value, rigorous about defining and then measuring your metrics for success, and enjoy launching and learning at high velocity.
We are looking for someone who is located in or near the NYC area, as this role will be in person at our NYC headquarters. The base salary for this role will range from $185,000 - $210,000 per year, plus equity, commensurate with experience.
