Responsibilities

• Live Our Values: People, Quality, Service and Innovation.
• Provide support for product development process from concept through final sample approval.
• Assist in preparing presentation boards to illustrate concepts and products in development.
• Maintain product development rooms so presentation ready at all times.
• Manage all samples from arrival to archiving.
• Create spec packs for new developments.
• Manage, organize and maintain finish library.
• Work with leader to track, receive and organize photo samples.
• Create and maintain PD Status Spreadsheet, internal database and project binders for each season.
• Maintain clear and complete development archives.
• Category lead for web photo. Partner with cross category team to lead and manage successful web launches.

Requirements

• Understanding of RH brand identity and market position.
• Knowledge of digital tools. Preferably InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Sense of ownership, strong follow-through, ability to execute within deadline.
• Flexible: willing and able to cross over department boundaries to execute common goals.
• Teamwork: Enjoy working in a team environment, with a mindset of it's not who's right, it's what is right.
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Bachelor Degree in Design field preferred
• 1-3 years of experience required.
