Rippling Global Payroll In Australia

The product team owns Rippling's product direction, defining what to build in order to solve customer problems in a way that allows them to succeed. We do this by intimately understanding the market, our customers, and the perspectives of our key stakeholders and synthesizing that into a product that is effective, efficient, and easy to use.

In this role, you will be responsible for owning the success of the Rippling Global Payroll in Australia. You will build deep market knowledge and understanding of customer needs, and work closely with design, engineering, legal and compliance to build and with sales, implementation and support to launch and continuously improve the product.

What You Will Do

  • Own the product roadmap and execution for Global Payroll in Australia
  • Conduct market research and customer analysis to understand customer needs and requirements.
  • Deeply understand the legal, compliance, regulatory requirements, and operational payroll flows in each jurisdiction of that country
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, operations, legal, and compliance, to drive execution and ensure you're shipping successful product with velocity
  • Stay close to the data – build a deep understanding of what's required to hit our ambitious goals

  • Background in payroll, HR tech, or workforce management software is preferred. Demonstrated experience delivering complex products in highly regulated environments is also appropriate.
