Practice Director, Sales

The primary responsibility of the Practice Director is to maintain a consistent above average performance metrics, provide business generation leadership, motivation and direction to direct reports, participate in the recruitment of new hires, and effectively communicate with all levels within the organization. Qualifications include: 1+ years of talent solutions and/or management or equivalent experience, proven performance in talent manager/director role, demonstrated success in business generation, leading and driving business development, and excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office, databases, and other technology systems is also required. A bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred.

The typical salary range for this position is $69,000 to $75,000. The salary is negotiable depending upon experience and location. The position is eligible for a bonus based upon achievement of performance objectives.
