We are seeking an experienced Senior UX Designer for a 3-month onsite contract in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will lead the end-to-end user experience design process and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive, user-centered digital solutions. This role requires strong strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the UX process from discovery and research through to final delivery.
- Conducting user research, stakeholder interviews, and usability testing.
- Translating business requirements into user journeys, flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes.
- Developing and maintaining scalable design systems.
- Collaborating closely with Product Managers, Developers, and key stakeholders onsite.
- Facilitating workshops and design thinking sessions.
- Advocating for user-centered design principles across the organization.
- Iterating designs based on user feedback and analytics.
- Ensuring accessibility, usability, and consistency across digital platforms.
