Roche Diagnostics China StartUp Program.
As a Trainee of this talent development program, you will have an unparalleled opportunity to gain a global view of  Roche business landscape, breadth of experience across the value chain in Roche Diagnostics China, and depth of knowledge in the specific function given China In Vitro Diagnostic (IVD) market dynamics. You will be on an accelerated career path to becoming future leaders who will shape the company by making significant contributions to our ambitions and purpose: “Doing now what patients need next”.
The StartUp Program trainee will experience a dedicated development journey, which empowers the trainee to accelerate the development via 4 rotations with both China & international experience & exposure. Department Introduction:
CPS&MD - Centralised and Point of Care Solutions & Molecular Diagnostics
CPS&MD covers five major business segments: Clinical Chemistry & Immunoassay Diagnostics, Clinical Examination, Point-of-care Testing, Molecular Diagnostics, and Lab Integration Solutions. We are committed to developing and providing innovative, cost-effective, timely, and reliable diagnostic solutions from early detection and prevention of diseases, to diagnosis, and treatment/disease monitoring,
Through our market-leading total lab solutions and services, Roche aims to work closely with our customers to upgrade their diagnostic efficiency and quality, allowing high-quality evidence-based clinical decisions to drive better medical & patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow program rotation assignments to complete relevant working tasks and learning objectives in each rotation, which are identified by the StartUp Program framework
Proactively contribute to business to drive patient and customer-centric outcomes through your expertise and business knowledge
”Connect the dots“ of market & business insights, with a strong intrapreneurs mindset to support CPS&MD and Roche's growth
Own your development to ensure you are continuously growing skills and capabilities in line with your passion and the needs of the Organization
Deliver projects and other tasks assigned by your rotation manager
Have a certain level of  flexibility on relocation assignments and business travel
Requirements (Marketing - CPS&MD)
1-3 years of working experience in industries such as healthcare or consulting, with a track record of professional contributions
Bachelor's degree or above in Clinical Medicine, Biological Engineering, Biotechnology, Science, or Management
Strong analytical skills, business report writing, and project management skills
Excellent professional and interpersonal skills to effectively operate on a local and global basis, including the ability to work with diverse cultural groups and an understanding of business or social practices in different contexts
Fluency in both Chinese and English communication skills, both oral and written
Proficiency in MS Office software applications
