Position Description

Are you strategic, like to structure things, and are responsible for planning and controlling budgets and marketing strategies? With solid international marketing experience and as a true team player, you want to take on responsibility in a leading role? For our global marketing and communications team, we are looking for a Head of Strategic Marketing & Operations (all genders) starting in September.

Your tasks in detail:

  • Strategic planning, implementation and continuous optimization of the global marketing orientation
  • Holistic management of the marketing budget including allocation, forecasting and controlling
  • Development of central marketing processes as well as the establishment of efficient and scalable workflows
  • Establishment of effective performance marketing and implementation of data-driven decision-making processes
  • Close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders for targeted control of marketing measures

Qualifications

  • Several years of professional experience in a leading position in strategic marketing or marketing operations, ideally in an international environment
  • In-depth understanding of marketing strategies, brand management, campaign planning and marketing technologies
  • Experience in setting up and managing complex, cross-functional projects and processes
  • Strategic thinking combined with operational implementation strength and a high degree of initiative
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing and performance measurement
  • Very good communication skills in German and English
