Job Description

The following is what you can expect from us:

Gain exciting, practical experience in the context of an internship starting in mid-July for about six months. You will be faced with varied tasks where you can bring in your organizational skills and creativity.

The most important resource and the greatest success factor in our company are our employees. Our HR team at the company headquarters in Munich takes care of our employer branding, personnel selection, training concept and organization, staffing or performance management, personnel control, and foreign postings, depending on the focus area.

Apply your knowledge acquired in your studies in a six-month internship in the HR marketing department at our Munich location, starting in mid-July.

Your tasks:

• Support of the university marketing team: planning, organizing, and supporting recruiting events to specifically target students
• Candidate selection and application management: identification of suitable candidates for event participation and follow-up within our talent management activities.
• Marketing material: procurement, organization, and distribution of marketing material for recruiting events and campaigns.
• Support of the social media team: participation in the conception and planning of campaigns as well as independent writing of editorial contributions for our career channels.
• Contribution to HR projects: support in conceptual and operational tasks in the area of employer branding and personnel marketing

Qualifications

The following is what you bring with you:

• Studying business or social sciences or a related subject successfully or shortly before graduation
• Ideally, first practical experience in human resources, marketing, or event management in an international company
• Very good communication skills in English
• Fluent German language skills
