Job Description

In our global marketing and communications team, we strengthen the Roland Berger brand worldwide. We develop creative communication concepts from digital media campaigns to events and corporate publishing.

In the Branding & Design team, we develop and sharpen our brand architecture. In addition to communication measures for print and digital media including UI/UX, we design all facets of corporate design such as office branding, employer branding, trade fair and event design or sound and video production.

Support our design team from mid-February 2026 for at least 6 months in our company headquarters in Munich in the company's communication and marketing activities. As a permanent member of our team, you will contribute to bringing our colleagues worldwide up to date on the latest corporate guidelines and designing multimedia content for our global offices.

At the center of your work will be:

• Creating infographics for studies and static and animated social media posts
• Research on design topics, digital formats, and print products
• Supporting the team in the maintenance and further development of the brand portal
• Communication and support of our colleagues and project teams worldwide
• Further development of the corporate design

Qualifications

• Successfully completed bachelor's or master's degree with a focus on design or comparable completed education
• Very good German and English language skills
• Secure use of Adobe CC: Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects or Figma
• Conceptual thinking and sense of aesthetics
• Independent and goal-oriented working method
