General Purpose: The Fixture Design Lead supports the design, development and testing of new fixtures for Ross and dd's. They coordinate multiple fixture design projects each quarter. They collaborate with fixture vendors, Fixture Purchasing, Store Planning and other business partners, to create store fixtures that meet functional and aesthetic standards. They execute projects per approved project plans, identify and resolve issues, and adhere to best practices for design. The base salary range for this role is $77,900 - $117,050. The base salary range is dependent on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, qualifications, relevant education, certifications, seniority, and location. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards vary by position and location.

Qualifications and Special Skills Required:
- BA/BS degree required.
- 3-5 years of experience.
- Strong organizational skills, project management skills, and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration with business partners and stakeholders.
- Proficient in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Smartsheet.
- Able to clearly sketch and render fixture design concepts for nontechnical audiences.
- High comfort level working in ambiguous, rapidly changing environments.
- Outstanding work ethic; displays a high sense of urgency to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
Physical Requirements/ADA:
- Job requires ability to work in an office environment, primarily on a computer.
- Requires sitting, standing, walking, hearing, talking on the telephone, attending in-person meetings, typing, and working with paper/files, etc.
- Consistent timeliness and regular attendance.
- Vision requirements: Ability to see information in print and/or electronically.
- This role requires regular in-office presence, including to engage in in-person team interaction, meetings and collaboration, client support, mentoring, coaching, and/or feedback.
- Requires the ability to respond quickly and accurately to urgent requests for support on weekends, early mornings and evenings, during the new store opening process.
