The Marketing & Communications Associate is a member of our Williams Lea team delivering exceptional customer service to our clients. Responsibilities include online research, data entry, and database maintenance to support client marketing and business development initiatives.

High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum of two years of experience in an administrative/marketing assistant role preferably in the legal, banking or large corporate setting.
Knowledge of proper grammar, spelling, and language usage, as well as standard business correspondence formatting.
Strong computer skills, including web-based research and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of Intapp beneficial.
Working technical knowledge of database management or HTML is a plus.
Ability to prioritize work to balance multiple projects and deadlines with minimal supervision.
Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to type 50 wpm.
Ability to develop and foster successful, working relationships with legal and professional staff while providing exceptional customer service.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
The salary for this role at the noted RRD location is $18.25-18.50 / hour. Starting pay decisions are determined based on multiple factors including but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, skills, experience, certifications, proficiency, performance, shift, location, and other business needs. Typically, roles follow step progressions to a target rate or set increments over time. Depending on the role, in addition to the hourly rate of pay, the total compensation package may also include overtime, shift differential, call-in, and/or stand-by pay.
