The Graphic Designer is responsible for delivering high-quality visual assets aligned with brand strategy and business objectives. This role combines strong execution with creative judgment, working autonomously on complex projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, CRM, performance), and contributing ideas that elevate the brand's visual standards.

What You'll Do:

• Design visual assets for digital campaigns (paid media, social media, display, CRM, landing pages, etc.).
• Ensure brand consistency and adherence to visual guidelines across all deliverables.
• Adapt creative concepts across multiple formats, channels, and audiences.
• Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and stakeholders to develop effective campaigns.
• Propose visual improvements based on performance data (A/B testing, iterations).
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and priorities.
• Support the evolution of the design system and brand asset library.
• Provide guidance and feedback to junior designers when needed.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative concept development.

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Design, Advertising, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, ideally in digital environments or agencies.
• Advanced proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects; Figma is a plus).
• Strong visual design fundamentals (typography, color, composition, hierarchy).
• Experience in digital design and performance marketing environments.
• Knowledge of formats, specs, and best practices for platforms (Meta, Google, etc.).
• Ability to translate ideas into compelling visual storytelling.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to receive and apply feedback constructively.
• Experience in high-volume creative environments (gaming, betting, e-commerce, startups) is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing is desirable.
• Strong awareness of digital trends and contemporary visual culture.
• Intermediate/advanced English proficiency (preferred).
