Marketing Digital Apprentice

The Digital Services Division supports customers throughout the lifecycle of our products by developing innovative and efficient digital services. Our team, at the heart of the digital transformation of the aerospace sector, is looking for a motivated intern to actively participate in our projects focused on customer satisfaction and innovation. Your main tasks As a member of the digital services division, you will be involved in: • Participating in the definition and implementation of the strategy for the development of new digital services, in close collaboration with product, commercial, and technical teams; • Conducting active market and competitor research; • Designing mockups and participating in the continuous improvement of the customer experience (UX); • Participating in the testing phases of new services before their launch, collecting and analyzing user feedback internally and externally; • Contributing to the writing of functional specifications; • Monitoring the performance of digital services using KPIs and analytics tools; • Providing support to the Strategic Marketing and Promotional Divisions to support the development of the GBU. This is a cross-functional role allowing collaboration with both the business, IT teams, and developers.
