Job mission: As an intern in the product department, you will support the implementation and improvement of department projects by gathering and analyzing various data points to identify areas for improvement, ensuring the smooth progress of all projects.

Duties and responsibilities: Support on industrialization project: draft related documents according to engineer's requirements; fulfill workflows for purchasing request; communicate or exchange with other department; summarize progress or status etc. or other related tasks. Pilot improvement project on work process, layout, operation flow optimization, communication etc. Support on data collection & Data analysis, etc. Implement improvement other tasks assigned by manager

Education: Bachelor degree or above, majoring in mechanical engineering or other related Technical skills: General knowledge related to mechanical assembly process General GD&T knowledge Other skills: Good at communication, good teamwork, quality and innovation spirit Good oral and written communication skills in English, French skill is better. Good at MS office use, programming skills like VBA, python will be a plus Logical thinking and skilled on problem solving tool such as RPO, 8D, 5Why and fishbone Overall view and critical thinking
