The Product Marketing Specialist is responsible for managing a portfolio of product lines throughout their lifecycle—from ideation and development to launch, sales, aftersales, and discontinuance.

Summary of Duties:

• Portfolio Management & Offer Development
• Product Development & Lifecycle Management
• Commercial Approach & Promotion
• Stakeholder Management

Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience (product/service development, product management or similar), in a B2B environment. Experience in project management. If no master degree, equivalent experience from a different education background is ok.

Education: Master's Degree in Marketing or Business, plus relevant business experience.

Preferred Qualifications (not required): Experience in an aerospace environment, preferably aircraft interiors or systems, or in business development of technical products.

Other Skills:

• Strong computer skills, including MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English (French is a plus).
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to mobilize stakeholders and drive creativity and enthusiasm.
• Strong problem-solving mindset, reliability, and proactive attitude.
• Effective time management and multitasking abilities.
• Strategic, entrepreneurial spirit; future-oriented and pragmatic.
• Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of product management, requirements analysis, pricing, planning, and competitive analysis.
• Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently and reprioritize quickly based on latest information.

The expected salary range for this position is between $70,310 - $91,870 USD. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, education, and other factors permitted by law.
