Product Quality Manager
The Product Quality Manager has the responsibility to ensure the quality of products and support the deployment of continuous improvement on quality activities for Electrical Insert Products.
Product Quality Manager shall have the following qualifications:
- Completed education of not below Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management or any related field
- Minimum of 5 years in Quality Management
- Strong knowledge and implementation of AS 9100 Aerospace QMS
- Strong leadership and motivational skills are required
- Knowledge of Quality tools in production (FMEA, Control Plan, 8D Process, MSA, SPC, Six Sigma, 5 Why, RCA, APQP, PPAP, Lean)
- Knowledge of Airworthiness compliance and regulatory
- Good English communication skills to enable efficient communication with oversea customers and understand technical documentation
