Salas O'Brien's New York office is comprised of 80+ professionals who are focused on architecture and engineering design, clean energy services, decarbonization, commissioning and sustainability. Our clients include New York City and State agencies, higher education and healthcare institutions throughout the region.

Salas O'Brien is looking for a highly motivated Marketing Coordinator to be a part of our New York City office. The Marketing Coordinator will work directly with project managers, department managers, business development directors and Principals. This is a fast-paced position with responsibilities for preparing and submitting competitive proposal packages and marketing content.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Prepare and submit proposals for education, healthcare, commercial and government clients
• Research, gather and edit proposal materials, including boiler plate text and formatting information
• Participate in all aspects of proposal and qualifications preparation including opportunity research, development and collection of standard materials, technical content, document edits, subconsultant/teaming partner coordination and final document assembly
• Work with project staff to develop technical content for proposal requests and marketing materials
• Assist with researching, identifying and tracking business development opportunities
• Develop, organize, format and maintain marketing material including resumes, project profiles and online content
• Coordinate with firmwide marketing initiatives including social media, branding and events
• Represent the firm at industry events
• Update and maintain various marketing materials in Deltek VantagePoint

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in marketing/proposal experience within the A/E/C industry
• Bachelor's Degree
• High proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Creative Suite, Microsoft Office and Deltek VantagePoint
• Excellent visual literacy, writing, proofreading and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills and ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

The position offers competitive compensation with an anticipated annual salary range of $75,000 to $90,000, based on candidate experience.
