Salla, the leading SaaS e-commerce enabler in the region, is in search of a dedicated and innovative Product Manager to join its dynamic team.

As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in steering product strategy and execution for our e-commerce platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop products that resonate with our merchants and their customers while driving growth and enhancing user experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap that aligns with Salla's business objectives.
• Engage directly with merchants and users to gather insights, identify pain points, and validate new product ideas.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure seamless delivery of features and alignment across all stakeholders.
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform product strategies.
• Manage the full product lifecycle, from ideation and market validation to launch, measurement, and continuous improvement.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success.
• Create and maintain detailed product documentation, including requirements specifications and user stories.
• Ensure timely delivery of products and features within budget.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the product team.
