Job Description

As a Marketing Activation Specialist, Protective & Snow Wear F/H, you are responsible for the strategy and implementation of 360° marketing campaigns for the Winter Sport Equipment category. You coordinate the creation, deployment, and consistency of seasonal campaign activation programs and marketing tools, while ensuring respect for brand identity and culture.

Your main duties

1. Development and activation of seasonal campaigns

  • Lead global 360° campaigns (media, digital, field events, influencers…).
  • Analyze market trends and consumer insights to guide creation and propose innovative activations.
  • Provide appropriate content as part of the execution of global campaigns (contests, events, campaigns, etc.).

2. Creation and distribution of seasonal toolkits

  • Supervise the production and delivery of toolkits (in-store, digital, sports marketing, public relations, photos/videos…).
  • Manage schedules, budgets, and validations with product and design teams.
  • Communicate updates to countries throughout the market launch process.

3. Coordination of execution with marketing teams to maximize 360° integration

4. Coordination of contracts with external vendors and internal services involved

5. Preparation and follow-up of campaign performance reporting

Qualifications

Essential knowledge

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing/communication, ideally in the winter sports industry.
  • Strong expertise in 360° marketing, including managing international campaigns.
  • Very good knowledge of the winter sports culture and its ecosystem.
  • Excellent project management, cross-functional coordination, and communication skills.
  • Ability to operate in an international environment.
  • Creativity, strategic sense, and rigor.

Essential skills

  • Market knowledge: You understand the market context in which the company operates – knowledge of competitors, customers, and partners. You identify emerging market trends and their implications for customers, and are able to identify new customer segments. You also know how to identify emerging competitors and their impact, analyzing their strengths and weaknesses.
  • Communication: You demonstrate active listening. You have good emotional intelligence, allowing you to adapt your communication style according to situations and interlocutors, to pick up on verbal and non-verbal signals, and to respond appropriately and effectively.
  • Collaboration: You have the ability to work with your peers and partners to achieve objectives and improve performance. You embody the team spirit, willingly offer help or ideas for the benefit of your colleagues, and share best practices between different teams, entities, or functions of the company.

Desired qualifications

  • Education: Graduated from a Master's in marketing or communication.
  • Foreign languages: fluent English.
  • IT skills: mastery of the Office suite, and excellent understanding of modern digital media.
