Description of the Position

Join the WSE Alpine team at the heart of product creation in Annecy

Integrated into the Skiboots division, you will contribute to the evolution of an innovative brand recognized as a leader in its field.

Your objective: orient and actively participate in the creation of the product offer from a marketing perspective to create the ranges that best meet the needs of practitioners.

Your mission

Attached to the Product Marketing Direction, you will be the marketing reference for your product range from the analysis of consumer needs to the launch on the market.

Your main responsibilities:

Market analysis & vision

  • Identify the real needs of consumers, study practices and trends.
  • Define the positioning, the pillars of the range, and the strategic roadmap.

Construction of the product offer

  • Conduct field studies, tests, and user feedback.
  • Benchmark the competition and challenge technical choices.

Coordination & market launch

  • Guide product development alongside R&D, design, commerce, and communication teams.
  • Prepare sales tools, argumentations, and key supports for a successful launch.

Cross-functional collaboration

  • Work daily with several BUs and departments: precision, leadership, diplomacy, and clarity in communication will be essential.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bac+5: engineering school with a marketing specialization, business school, or equivalent.
  • Experience: Solid experience in product marketing or category management.
  • Analytical mindset: strategic vision, ability to prioritize.
  • Natural leadership: clear communication, ability to move things forward in a demanding environment.
  • Comfort with technical teams and engineering culture appreciated.
  • Fluency in English (travel required).
  • Proficiency in Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint).

Travel: Frequent travel across the EMEA zone
