Description Du Poste
Salomon is strengthening its Finance Manufacturing team and is looking for a Product Owner/Project Coordinator SAP H/F to lead and coordinate all projects related to its scope.
You will be responsible for defining, implementing, and conducting projects, from the expression of business needs to final delivery, in compliance with cost, time, quality, performance, and safety commitments. You will also play a central role in coordinating all projects related to the ERP, in close liaison with business and IT teams.
Your missions:
- Analyze business needs, define technical design and/or establish functional or technical specifications,
- Define the user target,
- Define the project budget and monitor it,
- Define and manage the project progress plan by allocating the necessary resources (technical and human),
- Plan, organize, and lead meetings with all stakeholders (project meetings and steerco),
- Define and supervise the operational implementation of the solution and any functional tests, and assess their compliance with the project specifications,
- Define the user support service and the modalities for processing evolution or maintenance requests,
- Implement all necessary indicators for project monitoring and management, particularly on performance, cost, and time evaluation,
- Ensure the delivery/receipt of the IT solution and document its functionalities,
- Contribute, if necessary, to the tendering and drafting of the specifications (including contractual negotiations) with operational stakeholders as an expert advisor.
- Coordinate SAP developments to be implemented in collaboration with business and IT,
- Ensure the deployment and training in connection with the ERP for all teams within its scope
Qualifications
- Education: Minimum Bac+3 business or engineering school preferred
- Experience:
- 3 years of professional experience in information systems, ideally in an international and multicultural environment
- Experience in project management
- Experience focused on the client and service required
- Experience in agile methods
- IT Tools:
- Mastery of Office Pack and business software,
- Mastery of SAP, knowledge of information systems, knowledge of activities related to product industrialization (production, industrialization, stock and procurement, purchasing, masterdatas and costing, …)
- Languages: English level B2
