Job Description

We are recruiting a new Product Quality Specialist!

Here are the main missions of the role:

Monitor and control product quality

• Determine, size and develop the product evaluation plan in order to achieve the required product performance levels
• Validate specifications and quality specifications (components and finished products)
• Carry out or participate in product risk analyses and/or the FMEA process, depending on the level of complexity
• Monitor and guarantee that Green Lights are obtained at development milestones and validate the industrial process before series start-up
• Choose and size control resources
• Set up and monitor quality indicators and quality tools
• Manage corrective and preventive action plans in relation to claims, complaints and quality problems in production

Promote continuous improvement of the category/brand

• Integrate feedback into the quality process by analysing industrial problems, market feedback and market research results
• Manage a progress plan linked to the continuous improvement of products: define, propose and manage preventive actions
• Propose, coordinate and monitor remedial and corrective actions in the event of quality problems
• Contribute to the evaluation and selection of suppliers

Guarantee product conformity

• Check product compliance, including regulatory aspects (labelling, instructions, compliance with standards and regulations for the various countries)
• Oversee the product certification process when applicable, including planning, preparation, execution, and validation in collaboration with the development team if necessary
• Identify non-conformities and deviations and take preventive or corrective action
• Monitor regulations and standards applicable to products.

Qualifications

Ideal profile: Master's degree (Bac+5) or equivalent in quality, physical measurements, mechanics, or materials engineering, with 3 to 5 years of experience in product quality within a matrix and international environment.

Language: Fluent English required.

IT: Proficiency in statistical tools, problem-solving methods, knowledge of manufacturing processes, and familiarity with standards and procedures.
