Description of the Position

Are you looking for a stimulating internship at the heart of digital and business issues in an international environment? Are you interested in agile methods, CRM tools, and collaboration between IT and business teams? Are you rigorous, curious, and comfortable communicating with various stakeholders?

Then join us to become our future Intern Proxy Product Owner Salesforce F/H!

Within the CRM B2B team, you will work closely with the Product Owner, the development team, and the business teams.

In this role, you will participate in:

• Supporting the Product Owner during sprint and release phases
• Implementing new Salesforce features in collaboration with developers and key users
• Collecting and analyzing business needs
• Writing user stories
• Defining and writing test scenarios
• Performing functional tests, tracking anomalies, and making corrections
• Configuring new features according to expressed needs
• Documenting developments and creating training materials (including videos)
• Training and supporting users

Qualifications

• Bac +3 to Bac +5 education, with a specialization in Business Analysis or equivalent.
• French and English required (spoken and written). As the work environment is international, regular exchanges will take place in English.
• Understanding of Agile project management principles
• Interest in information systems and IT environments
• Interest in CRM tools (Salesforce is a plus)
• Service-oriented and customer-oriented
• Team spirit and ease of communication and ability to communicate clearly
