As a Campaign & Activation Marketing Specialist - Running (H/F), you are responsible for the strategy and implementation of 360° marketing campaigns for the Running category. You coordinate the creation, deployment and consistency of global marketing campaigns and tools, while ensuring respect for brand identity and running culture.
Your main missions:
1. Development and activation of seasonal campaigns
Pilot global 360° campaigns (media, digital, field events, influence…).
Analyze market trends and consumer insights to guide the creation and propose innovative activations.
Coordinate creative agencies and internal content teams.
Ensure consistency of communication and quality of deliverables across all channels.
2. Creation and distribution of omnicanal toolboxes
Supervise the production and delivery of marketing kits (product visuals, digital banners, POS materials, demo tools, etc.).
Manage schedules, budgets, and validations with product and design teams.
Ensure consistency of the message and brand look & feel at every touchpoint.
3. Influence strategy
Define and pilot the influence strategy related to global campaigns.
Develop guidelines for local markets and support their implementation.
Collaborate with key ambassadors and influencers in the running community.
4. Coordination and pilot
Lead activation meetings to ensure global alignment.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of campaigns.
Be the main point of contact for global running marketing projects.
Minimum 8 years of experience in marketing/communication, ideally in the sports or running industry.
Graduated with a Master in marketing or communication.
Solid expertise in 360° marketing, international campaign management, and influence.
Very good knowledge of the running culture and its ecosystem.
Excellent project management, cross-functional coordination, and presentation skills.
Ability to work in an international environment.
Fluent English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Creative spirit, strategic sense, and operational rigor.
