Job Description

We are looking for our new CMF Lead Designer!

Here are the main missions of the role:

  • Partner with the CMF Manager and fellow Creative Leads to craft a bold, unified CMF vision that resonates across categories and eliminates silos.
  • Champion seamless execution of the CMF strategy, ensuring every touchpoint reflects a cohesive design language.
  • Drive high-impact briefs and flagship storytelling, setting the creative tone for your category and elevating brand expression.
  • Lead strategic alignment in key forums like Color Kickoff, Design Camps, and Color Reviews—steering cross-category CMF direction with clarity and purpose.
  • Ignite collaboration across Product Design, Marketing, and Development to ensure strategic and executional harmony.
  • Shape seasonal palettes and transversal narratives, contributing to the brand's emotional and cultural resonance.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by researching cultural shifts, market dynamics, and consumer insights to fuel future-forward CMF strategies.

Qualifications

Here are the main skills and competencies needed for the role:

  • Communication: Known for being a strong communicator who tells compelling stories and delivers clear messages. Adapts tone, style, and voice to suit any audience and channel, always with integrity.
  • Collaboration: Willingly offers support and ideas to help teammates. Shares useful practices across teams and departments to improve collaboration and results.
  • Innovation: Brings together ideas from different industries to create new business models or opportunities. Builds smart solutions by combining the best insights from others.

Background:

  • Master's degree in Design or related creative field preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in CMF or Design roles.
  • Proven capability in strategic CMF collaboration and execution of category-specific narratives.
  • Expertise in CMF tools, design software, and workflow processes.

Language: Fluent English, French is a plus.
