We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager EMEA, D2C & Retail Experience (F/M) to lead, coordinate, and elevate retail and omnichannel marketing initiatives across the EMEA region. In this strategic and highly cross-functional role, you will ensure alignment between global brand direction and local market execution, driving premium consumer experiences and commercial performance across Salomon's Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) channels.
Acting as the key link between Retail HQ, Brand,.com, CRM, and local marketing teams, you will steer seasonal processes, campaign implementation, customer engagement programs, and store activation plans, while managing dedicated budgets and ensuring consistency across all retail touchpoints.
Your main missions include:
Work Experience • 7-10+ years of experience in retail marketing, omnichannel strategy, or brand activation within a multinational environment.
Skills & Competencies • Fluent in English (written and spoken) + French is a plus • Strong proficiency in MS Office; experience with omnichannel marketing tools is a plus. • Strategic Thinking: ability to translate brand, retail, and omnichannel strategies into a cohesive regional roadmap. • Project Management: skilled in managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects (store openings, CRM activations, campaign rollouts). • Stakeholder Management: strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with HQ functions and local markets. • Communication & Influence: clear, persuasive communicator capable of driving alignment across functions. • Analytical Skills: able to analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable improvements. • Customer-Centric Mindset: committed to delivering consistent, engaging experiences across retail and digital touchpoints. • Agility & Adaptability: comfortable working in dynamic, fast-changing retail environments. • Creativity & Innovation: ability to bring new ideas to store activations and campaigns while ensuring brand consistency.
Formation • Master ou Bachelor en marketing ou discipline équivalente.
Expérience professionnelle • Minimum 7-10 ans d'expérience en marketing retail, stratégie omnicanale ou brand activation au sein d'un environnement multinational.
Compétences et qualités • Anglais courant (écrit et oral). • Très bonne maîtrise de la suite MS Office. • Vision stratégique : capacité à relier marque, retail et omnicanal dans un plan cohérent. • Gestion de projets : expérience confirmée sur des projets complexes et multi-interlocuteurs (ouvertures magasins, campagnes, CRM, activations régionales). • Collaboration & influence : capacité à fédérer HQ, marchés locaux, CRM, .com et Retail. • Communication claire & impactante pour assurer l'adhésion des équipes. • Analyse & reporting : capacité à transformer la donnée en actions concrètes. • Orientation client : focus sur l'expérience en magasin et en ligne. • Agilité & adaptabilité dans un environnement dynamique et en évolution. • Créativité & innovation pour proposer de nouvelles idées d'animations retail tout en préservant la cohérence de marque.
Position based in Annecy • Management role with direct and indirect reports. • Regular interactions with agencies, suppliers, regional marketing teams, .com, CRM, and Global Brand. • Travel required across the EMEA region for store openings, activations, and team coordination.
