- Identification of new opportunities: Map opportunities to sustain and accelerate portfolio sales, exploring new channels, regions, or demand generation strategies.
- Cross-functional stakeholder coordination: Engage with Supply Chain, Regulatory, Commercial, Medical, Tender, and Access teams to ensure integrated execution, reduce disruption risks, and guarantee patient-focused supply continuity.
- Divestment portfolio support: When required, support the divestment portfolio by working in close coordination with the responsible team to ensure operational continuity and minimize market impact during transition processes.
- Market analysis and tracking: Develop performance analyses, monitor market data (public and private), and generate insights to guide tactical actions and strategic portfolio decisions.
