Mixed-Market Program Design & Launch
Lead integrated cross-therapeutic projects (e.g., "Respiratory-Immunology Joint Diagnosis Solutions"), collaborating with Medical Affairs to develop clinical evidence tools (DAs, patient screening pathways) and drive KOL cross-specialty engagement.
Performance Tracking & Growth Acceleration
Identify growth barriers through data-driven analysis (e.g., reimbursement policies, competitor dynamics, patient stratification) and propose pricing, channel, or indication-expansion strategies.
Monitor Dupixent's competitive landscape in mixed markets (e.g., vs. IL-5/PDE4 inhibitors) and refine countermeasures
II. Regional Marketing Operations (50%)
Regional Plan Execution (30% weighting)
Localize national respiratory marketing strategies, manage regional A&P budgets, and ensure precision targeting of high-potential accounts.
KOL Ecosystem Building (35% weighting)
Develop tiered KOL management systems, creating personalized engagement platforms (e.g., research collaborations, patient education) to position Dupixent as the preferred biologic for COPD.
Market Intelligence & Strategy Integration (15% weighting)
Gather regional insights (competitor activities, policy shifts) to inform national planning.
Lead regional Brand Champion teams, ensuring execution alignment and feedback-driven strategy refinement
Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Medicine, Pharmacy, Marketing, or related fields.
