Job Title

Build and maintain positive relations with governmental organizations (NHC, NDCPA, NCDC, etc.), think tanks, academic institutions and associations to enhance Sanofi vaccine branding and advance public affairs agenda. Monitor and follow up on national policies related to disease prevention and immunization strategy, formulate relevant policy advocacy strategies, and implement them. Seek and establish high-quality policy research platform to conduct preliminary research and lay the groundwork for promoting the introduction of relevant policies. Maintain effective cooperation and communication with cross-departments to provide assistance for the business objectives and strategies of the BU. In case of crisis, manage and mitigate risks through internal and external cross-departmental communication. Work within the policies, procedures, and compliance as required by the Company.

Graduated from a major related to medicine, pharmacy, or public health; Bachelor degree is a must. Minimum eight years of experience in public health policy and/or public affairs/government affairs in biomedical enterprises. Proven strong communication skills with governmental organizations, as well as strong policy analysis and project management work experience and abilities. Bachelor degree is a must; Ph.D. or M.D. is preferred. Leadership/Management/Negotiating skills, Speaking and listening skills, Project management, Computer skills, Writing skills, Fluent in English.
