Develop area marketing plans
Propose regional tactical cycle plans (4 times per year)
Report local market info to central (on a monthly basis)
Execute/implement national & regional marketing plans
Train regional sales force
Support in promotional tool development (DA, gimmicks, slide kits, etc) propose region specific promotional materials, if appropriate
Product specific regional sales and A&P budget
Organize regional activities (CME programs, symposia, etc.)
Attend regional sales weekly meetings
Regional brand management
Organize Brand Champion
Regional KOL management
Participate brand team
Regional market intelligence
