Main Responsibilities

  • Daily key accounts operations and management
  • Performs the calls on assigned customers at specific frequency and ensures achievement of sales volume. Builds and maintains a robust customer database, develops a strong relationship and network with allocated customers and KOLs
  • Regularly review account performance, address any concerns, and adjust strategies based on market trends and competitive activities. This includes providing timely reports on key account performance, sales forecasts and competitive intelligence.
  • Identifies business opportunities and develops associated initiatives
  • Implements strategic sales plan or promotion program
  • Works closely with product manager to execute launch & marketing activities to support the growth of business
  • Coordinate with cross-function teams to implement marketing campaign
  • Proposes corresponding action plans. Ensures adherence of industry and company's Code of Ethics.

About You

  • Degree holder
  • At least 3 years' key account management experience, more experience will be considered as Key Account Manager
  • Experience in Cardiology will be an added advantage
  • A self-starter and can work independently
  • Ability to work through ambiguities and adjust strategies and plans appropriately
  • KOL management skills & excellent organizational skills
  • Creativity and result oriented
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
  • Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
  • Proficient in spoken and written English & Chinese
  • Familiar with MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
