Key Accountabilities

• Performs the calls on assigned customers at specified frequency and ensures achievement of sales volume.
• Develops and maintains relationships with assigned customers and potential new accounts.
• Monitors customer stocks and purchases and negotiates orders to maximize sales potential.
• Keeps customers informed on new products or services, pricing, changes, etc.
• Keeps records and reports on all activities.
• Provides input into the development of annual budget and sales forecasts.
• Seeks out competitor information and communicates to his/her immediate Manager.
• Provide market feedback and give suggestions.
• Organize and implement promotion activities like round table discussions, patient awareness program and effective marketing tactical support programs.

About You

• University graduate, preferably degree holder in science.
• At least 2 years' relevant working experience in pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong analyzing and planning capability.
• Good territory management skills.
• Able to work independently, self-motivated & result-oriented.
• Excellent team player with good interpersonal and communications skills.
• Positive working attitude with passion.
• Good command of oral and written English.
